Carleton, a coveted veteran presence on the Lynx roster, has been a key player coming off the bench for Minnesota since she first stepped on the court with the Lynx in 2019. Carleton has answered her number when called both as a reserve and as a starter when needed, providing Minnesota with a deep-ball threat and a player who can stretch the floor to open things up for players in the post.
Carleton’s numbers don’t always stand out, averaging just 4.3 points per game, 2.4 rebounds per game, and 1.3 assists per game across her five-year, 136-game career, but her impact both in the locker room and as a veteran presence on the court has gone a long way for Minnesota the last handful of years.
