The Los Angeles Sparks have signed Jordin Canada to a training camp contract, the team announced on Wednesday.

Canada, 27, was drafted fifth overall in the 2018 draft by the Seattle Storm. Canada played her first four seasons in the WNBA with the Storm before joining the Sparks last season. She won two WNBA championships with the Storm in 2018 and 2020. She was named to the All-Defensive Team in 2019 and has finished in the top 10 in total assists in 2019, 2020, and 2022.
Last season, Canada averaged 9.2 points per game, 5.5 assists per game, and 2.3 rebounds per game on 38.4 percent shooting. For her career, Canada has averaged 7.7 points per game, 4.4 assists per game, and 2.1 rebounds per game on 38.6 percent shooting.
