Mabrey is a 7-year veteran who has shown consistency throughout her career. She is known as a lethal three-point shooting threat and has proven to be a versatile scorer, capable of creating her own opportunities. Although she hit a bit of a shooting slump last season, her on-court vision and facilitation are also getting better by the year.
She spent all of the 2025 season with the Connecticut Sun after being traded at the deadline during the 2024 season by the Chicago Sky. Last season, she battled a left knee injury, causing her to miss nine of Connecticut’s games. Despite that, Mabrey averaged 14.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game.
She’s an established veteran and upcoming leader in the league now. Mabrey brings her competitiveness and her fierce energy wherever she goes. After only winning a total of 11 games with Connecticut in 2025 and having a great offseason at Unrivaled, there’s no doubt she will be hungry for more this year as she becomes one of the faces of this new Toronto expansion franchise.
