The Storm and the Sun are both on three-game winning streaks.

 

Who’s Not?

The Liberty had a chance at winning last night against the Fever but came up short. They are currently on a six-game losing streak.

 

Performance of the Week

Elena Delle-Donne, Mystics: 28 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists in win against the Dream.

 

Game of the Week

The Dream, who are the top team in the East, faced off against the No. 2 team in the East, the Mystics, last Tuesday.  The Mystics took the victory by 15 points with four players scoring in double figures.  Delle-Donne earned the “Performance of the Week” title with a double-double of 28 points and 16 rebounds.

 

Beast of the East

Despite losing to the Mystics, the Dream still hold the top spot with a 17-10 record.

The Storm are on a roll with a three-game winning streak keeping them in first place.  They not only have the best record in the West but in the league at 21-7.

 

What To Watch

The Mercury and the Sparks, who are two of the best teams in the West, will play each other tonight at 7 ET.

 

League News

The Aces and Mystics game that was scheduled for Friday was cancelled due to the Aces’ flight delay.
